Task/Requirement:

• You will be assigned to our front office job duty, i.e: monitoring incoming visitors, great and attend/respond to the visitors inquiries, answering incoming calls, handle caller’s inquiries, re-direct calls, etc.

Qualification:

• Min.Diploma III/equivalent degree from related field.
• Male/Female with age between of 21-28 years old.
• Preferably have 1 year experience as receptionist/customer service.
• Good appearance, pleasant personality, and well groomed.
• Customer service oriented, friendly, ready to serve attitude.
• Discipline, responsible, & hardworking.
• Strong communication skill, excellent telephone manner.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to operate Adobe Photoshop.
• Able to work in a Shift schedule.
• Able to work in a team, as well as individual.
• Super proactive attitude to work, energic.
