JOB DESCRIPTION:


  1. In charge of maintaining Director's calendar
  2. In charge of preparing all of Director's Minute of Meeting
  3. Clerical duties for all of Director's internal meetings, including arranging and noting down all of Director’s activities and instructions (recording, distribution, & filing)
  4. Accountable to make, compile, distribute, & submit regular strategic reports, managingof all correspondence, including reminding other manager's of pending work they need to attend / to do based on director's request
  5. Prepare and maintain Director's expense report also Handling external and  internal correspondences
  6. Reports directly to Director

 


GENERAL QUALIFICATION:


  1. Female/Male, Single, Age Max 45
  2. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree
  3. Required at least 2 years of working experiences related to this position
  4. Neat, Tidy, and attentive to details
  5. Good interpersonal skills
  6. Good in Office management
  7. Have good personalities, communication and high motivation
  8. Honest, Responsibilities and Trustworthy
  9. Able to work effectively and under pressure

 


PROFICIENCY:


  1. Good interpersonal skills, especially in managing Director's contacts including phone calls and emails
  2. Manage hard copy and electronic files and record and maintain an adequate filing system
  3. General clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  4. Managing Office Space
  5. Expert in using Ms. Excel & Word, Excellent in Outlook, Spreadsheet, and Presentation
  6. Fluency in English preferred.
